Aitchison Raffety, a national property consultancy, welcomes Stephen Anderson as a Director in its London team.
Stephen, with over 37 years’ experience, joins the Lease Advisory team and has direct responsibility for providing advice on rent reviews, lease renewals as well as valuation work throughout the UK. He will also work with Director, Laurence Barton, in expanding Aitchison Raffety’s wider offerings including corporate real estate advice, agency and portfolio management.
Stephen established his own business in the early 90’s before merging with Huggins Edwards & Sharp in 2006. Subsequently, he was Head of Landlord & Tenant at a London based chartered surveyors.
Stephen has a wealth of cross-sector experience and is a very experienced general practice surveyor. He has acted as a RICS APC Counsellor and Supervisor for several years, developing graduates and more experienced surveyors in different aspects of the profession. Since June 2012, Stephen has been a RICS Registered Valuer and has undertaken number of different red book valuations, most recently valuing three shopping centres in England.
