Aitchison Raffety announces new Head of Property Management
Aitchison Raffety, an employee-owned national property consultancy, is delighted to announce the promotion of Gautam Sirpal to Head of Property Management.
Gautam joined the company in 2014 as a Senior Surveyor in its Portfolio Management division, located at AR’s London Office. 
Gautam has an MSc in Real Estate and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential management including estate management, asset management, service charge management and accounting, risk mitigation, maintenance and refurbishment, lease renewals, rent reviews, surrender and re-gears, new lettings, and leasing.
Gautam is looking forward to developing a new strategy to increase our exposure and service range to landlords.
