The current tenant had agreed to purchase the Property for £10 million and the proposed lender, Investec Bank plc, put us in touch with the buyer, who instructed us to value the Property for them.

Seven months later the lender instructed us to value the Property for secured lending purposes, by which time the agreed price had increased to £10.25 million.
