Aitchison Raffety is delighted to welcome Ben Haugh as a Senior Associate Director in its Valuation team.Ben joins the London team and has direct responsibility for providing valuation coverage across a large part of the Southeast, namely Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey, as well as across the Southeast of Greater London.
Experience
Ben has a wealth of cross-sector experience in valuing most property or land types across the counties. His focus in recent years has been the Southeast where he has developed an extensive network of contacts and a good understanding of sub-market conditions and their various drivers.
With 13 years’ experience, Ben is a key part of the growing Valuation team at Aitchison Raffety.

Ben has previously worked with regional chartered surveyors, Batcheller Monkhouse and Harrisons Surveyors, and began his career with Savills in London.
