Aitchison Raffety, a national property consultancy, is delighted to welcome Harry Torrance as a Director in its Birmingham team.Harry joins the Valuation team and has direct responsibility for providing valuation coverage across a large part of the West Midlands and Birmingham. He will also work with Regional Director, Fergus Power, in expanding Aitchison Raffety’s wider offerings including Lease Advisory, Building Surveying, Compulsory Purchase and Portfolio Management.
Harry has a wealth of cross-sector experience in valuing most property or land types across the counties, founded on direct experience of estate management, lease advisory and asset management work across all sectors. With over 15 years’ experience, Harry is a key part of the growing team at Aitchison Raffety in Birmingham.
