Aitchison Raffety, a national property consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gill Crowther as the company’s first ever People Director. Gill will drive the strategic people agenda for the organisation as it continues its journey to be a great place to work.
Gill’s Loyalty
Gill has worked with Aitchison Raffety as a consultant for a number of years and she will continue her consultancy work for other organisations alongside this role. She is a fellow of the CIPD and an Engineering and Business Studies graduate of Warwick University, where she returns to support an Engineering Masters programme by running Change Management and Strategic Leadership training.
Gill has worked in house for many organisations including Ford, Glaxo Wellcome, Microsoft and Mitsubishi. She is passionate about helping managers and leaders be able to bring out the best in their teams and to ensure that all employees know how they fit into the vision of the organisation.
