AR appoints new Area Director in the Northwest

Aitchison Raffety, a national property consultancy, is delighted to welcome Graham Cooke as an Area Director within its Valuation division.

Graham has a wealth of property experience in the Northwest of England and is responsible for building our business in Manchester, and the north of the country.

With over 35 years’ experience across a wide geography, Graham has held senior positions at Director and Partner level in multidisciplinary practices. He is primarily been involved in valuing a wide range of commercial properties for multiple purposes including bank security, tax, probate and for corporate requirements.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for over 25 years, Graham is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has experience of providing Expert Witness reports for court cases and providing property management and lease advice.
